Bus Tracker — Support

Bus Tracker keeps parents in the loop on a school or group bus: the driver runs the route, and parents see the bus on a live map and get pick-up, drop-off, and “bus is almost here” alerts.

Getting started

Driver: create a bus group, share the join code, set up the route (import a route photo or add stops), then start a run.
Parent: tap “Join with a code,” add your child, pick their stop, and choose which alerts you want.

FAQ

Why does the driver app ask for location? So parents can see the bus on a map and get accurate arrival times while a route is running. Parents are never asked to share their location.

I’m not getting alerts. Make sure notifications are enabled for Bus Tracker in iOS Settings, and that your child is assigned to a stop.

How do I delete my data? Email us and we’ll remove your account and data.
